Downloadable Digital Art Refund Policy

🎨 1. Overview

This policy applies to all digital art downloads purchased through this website. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” these products follow a different refund structure than physical artwork.

💾 2. Digital Product Nature

All downloadable digital art files are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase. Once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or opened, the sale is considered final.

🔄 3. Refunds

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital goods:

All sales of digital downloads are final and non‑refundable.

Refunds are only granted in the following rare situations:

• You were charged twice for the same digital item

• You received the wrong file due to a technical or fulfillment error

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and a corrected version cannot be provided

If any of these apply, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.

🛠️ 4. File Access Issues

If you experience trouble downloading or opening your file:

• I will assist you with troubleshooting

• If the issue cannot be resolved, I will provide a fresh download link

• If the file remains unusable after troubleshooting, a refund may be issued at my discretion

📧 5. Unauthorized Sharing

Purchasing a digital file grants you a personal-use license only. You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Share the file publicly

• Use it commercially without written permission

Violations may result in revoked access and additional action if necessary.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting me to resolve the issue, access to future purchases may be restricted.
