  • Purchasing artwork does not grant rights to reproduce, resell digital copies, or use the art commercially.

🛒 3. Purchases & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout to secure your purchase.

  • For original pieces, prints, or commissions, additional terms may apply and will be provided before payment.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Digital Art physical products (e.g., framed canvas) are fulfilled and shipped through Printful.

  • Each digital art physical item is printed on demand, meaning production begins only after an order is placed ensuring high-quality results and reduces waste.

  • Because orders are made specifically for you, processing and shipping times may vary based on Printful’s current fulfillment schedule.

  • Shipping timelines vary based on location and carrier.

  • Once shipped, responsibility for delays or damage transfers to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos so I can assist with next steps.

🎨 5. Commissions

  • Commissioned work requires a deposit, which is non‑refundable once work begins.

  • Final artwork is delivered according to the agreed timeline.

  • Artistic style and creative direction remain at the discretion of the artist unless otherwise specified in writing.

🔄 6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of original artwork and prints, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges or errors on my part.

🔐 7. Privacy

  • Any information you submit (email, name, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry or complete your purchase.

  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
